WAREHOUSE DISTRICT
Before Kessho Reform Academy, this area was a bustling area, but after the schools formation, property taxes in this area fell. Why? Well, one can see the school directly from this bay side district. Furthermore, gang violence grew in this district after the school was formed. Now, this area is filled with boarded up shops, empty warehouses and general mayhem after dark.
