[ SITE PLOT ]2035. Unrest had been spreading like a disease throughout the civilized world since the late 1990s. The youth of once peaceful first work countries became unruly. Drop out rates, gang violence and crime rose at a rapid pace. To solve this, the United Nations decided to strike while the iron was hot. In 2020, the worst of the worst were selected from public and private schools alike. They were sent to a massive reform school in Tokyo, Japan. Now, ten years later, the plan seems to have worked as graduation rates rise and crime rates drop.
