Unlike many of the other students around him, Oliver doesn't go out
of his way to cause troubles. It usually comes as the hardest part
of the job, he prefers to observe before planning his trouble. Sent
here for conspiracy to murder, resisting arrest, and assaulting an
officer. Sure he isn't the biggest fish in the school, but he isn't

FRIENDS These are the sort of people who must earn it. Oliver has a hard time allowing people in his circle, mainly because he sees people for purposes. If he cannot find a reason to be friends with them logically, he doesn't bother with keeping them close to him. Once people have served their purpose, dependent on how well he has gotten to know them... He may keep them around. Although, he wouldn't be able to tell them honestly why he enjoys their company. ENEMIES I'm sure people will be peeved by him, or think of him as a free target to attack. Oliver is somebody who operates mentally rather than physically, which is why he usually plots and schemes. If an altercation happens between him and another character, they shouldn't be surprised to find assorted misfortunes happening. Contraband found in your room? Dog shit in your shoes? Your clothes are suddenly missing or one of the pant's legs are sewn shut. Look no further than Oliver, finding ways to terrorize your life without doing any physical damage. If you've seriously injured him, watch yourself... Juniper is his twin sister, she isn't as shy to physical confrontation. ROMANCE Oliver has no experience with romance or love. In fact, he only has ever shared platonic love for his twin(only person he has that for currently). Any further than that, he is completely in the dark. I have decided that he is going to be a homosexual, but he doesn't really know that yet. So if you want your lady to have some real awkward time dating a gay guy, feel free! If you want your dude to crush on him, do it and see where it goes. Shoot me up. ulla |

Either Robin would get caught up in one of Oliver's schemes by accident and be introduced to him "formally" that way, or he would just rack up the courage to talk to him first. I'm not sure how Oliver likes to conduct himself, but maybe the two could team up and have a "The Brain and The Brawn" kind of relationship, covering for what the other lacks. I can see accidentally getting caught up in something. It could be that somebody did something to Oliver, he misread who it had been and ended up at Robin's room doing something stupid and then finding out a little too late... Oliver did the bad thing. Of course, he'd probably try and explain to Robin: this mess really wasn't for you, so i'll clean it up if we just don't talk about this again.
Alternatively, Oliver could try and tutor him since he has a low academy which Oliver seems to be really good at. Honestly, I was going to see about trying to make a thread for him trying to tutor people on the side... Either for extra cash or something? Although he sucks at socializing with people, he knows that money is likely going to come in handy.
Oliver does run a brains and brawn system with his twin Juniper, granted I'm pretty sure he'll be happy to get more brawns since Juniper can only be at one place at one time... Slowly he is just going to form his own gang of enforcers, granted I need to figure out what Oliver really wants! Besides like... leaving the academy. Possibly make a way to keep them all out of trouble, become like Red from OITNB.
