Tatsuo Higa was born into a loving family, but not by loving parents. His mother, practically a child herself at the time, carried him to term in secret. On a random night, at a random time, she awoke her family with screams of pain. The baby no one knew about came home with the family that night, a boy of middling weight, and grew to be a product of his environment. His mother wanted nothing to do with him and left as soon as she was of age, leaving him in the custody of his grandmother. She loved Tatsuo and spoiled him with all that she could muster, but the discipline he needed was never there. In the absence of his parents and grandmother, who worked long hours, he found himself roaming the streets at an early age. While she was away, he misbehaved as all boys did, and while she was around he put on the image of a well adjusted boy.[break][break]
