In an alternate universe set in London, UK, Cloud corporation manages the Wanderers, the gifted few who possess the abilities to control and manifest in dreams. They are the pillar to the top entertainment: common-dreaming. The rest of the world, the Dreamers, simply enjoy the luxury of being able to live their wildest dreams but under one condition: "Never confuse fantasy with reality."
