Some instructions: the twitter image is 48x48 pixels, but it will auto-resize. It looks better if you make it 48x48 though.
Your twitter username is clickable and should link to your profile page. Because that's what Twitter usernames do. The @part shouldn't actually link but perfect copies are hard to make. I had to make my own symbols even. Q_Q

PS: If you promise to leave the credit on, you can change the hover-over text for the retweet et al symbols too. Just find the following line at the very bottom:
